The lovely folks at NBBJ contacted me in an effort to rework their corporate site entirely in Flash. The next thing I knew, I was working alongside two very talented designers, an in-house team of writers, video editors and a database engineer. All in all, it was an extremely inspiring experience. The dynamic URL feature is pretty cool, too.
2005 Indy 500 Champion. Wheldon needed a heavy-hitting site to make sure he was one step ahead of the pack. In collaboration with the team at Wirestone, I contributed in the areas of design, development, animation and audio production to ensure DW would (literally) stand out. The party might be over, but The Honda Ski Tour lives on. During the winter of 2006, we kicked off the inaugural event with a trip into a Ski Bum’s cabin- complete with green screen video, a customizable audio playlist and cameos from some of the sport’s finest athletes. Check out the load bar messages if you want to know what the festival was like.
In case you haven’t seen them at the mall, Nokia has established physical kiosks where people can come and experience their products first hand. Pretty cool. Even cooler is that Nokia recruited three of their Experience Center employees to act as on-screen talent for the Flash site. Check it out and play with some phones.
